Located along the Points East Coastal Drive, 30 minutes from Charlottetown, you will find us overlooking beautiful St. Peter’s Bay, in the Eastern region of Prince Edward Island.
We have spent hundreds of hours working on our Inn – both indoors and out, to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, mixing modern amenities with original architecture and features in this 1870’s Historic home.
In 2025 we opened our Loft Suites! The Sunset Loft & Sunrise Loft Suites are a brand new build on our property, just a few steps away from the Main inn and overlook beautiful St. Peter’s Bay.

Our Rooms
Our Main Inn guest rooms are situated at the front of the house, overlooking the Bay, Confederation Trail, and the beautiful Church next door! You can expect new comfortable beds and cozy coverings, renovated bathrooms in each room with larger showers, WIFI, and flat screen tvs. Your hosts speak both English and French.
Downstairs, the parlour with cozy fireplace, library, breakfast room with beautiful antique dining table, and a large verandah overlooking the Bay are all yours to enjoy and explore!
The owners residence is completely separate from our guests’ space.
New in 2025, the Suites are a brand new build on our property, just a few steps away from the Main Inn. These second floor Suites overlook beautiful St. Peter’s Bay. The Sunset Loft Suite and Sunrise Loft Suite each are one bedroom units, with two Queen-size beds per unit. For larger groups, there is a connecting internal door so you can easily enjoy time together as a larger group! The units have fully equipped kitchens with fridge, stove, and dishwasher, an eating area with dining room table, living room, one bedroom with two Queen beds, ensuite bathroom and a separate large shower. These Suites are a maximum of 4 guests.
Please note we are a smoke free and pet free property.
Sullivan Room
The Sullivan Room is a cozy room with a partial view of the Bay.
Featuring a queen size bed with gel pillow top, ensuite bathroom with shower, flat screen tv, wi-fi, a mini fridge, bathrobes & hairdryer.

Had a fantastic five night stay at Points East while doing segments of the Island Walk. Wonderful food, baked goods and desserts. Rodger & Sarah are knowledgeable, kind and welcoming hosts. They gave us excellent recommendations for activities and helped coordinate e-bike rentals to visit Greenwich national park and kayak rental for a lovely trip down the Morell River. Would be delighted to return and highly recommend!

One of the best b & b ‘s we have ever experienced. Sarah and Rodger were amazing hosts. Gorgeous waterfront location , right on the trail. As cyclists we were so pleased to find a special location to safely store our bikes.
We arrived on a cool windy morning and were immediately met with the hospitable offer of coffee and tea. From that moment forward – everything was attended to with TLC. Our meals were beautifully prepared and presented. The warm and quiet ambiance of the house was much appreciated.

Wonderful experience !!
By far, the most atmospheric place to lay your head is the Points East Coastal Inn, where a wide, inviting porch offers picture-perfect sunsets, and the owners readily cater to the needs of their guests, including cyclists and walkers. (You’ll find a new bike shed complete with tools, an air pump, hand wipes, and much more.) Choose the second-floor St. Peters Suite where you can soak your sore muscles in the clawfoot tub with epsom salts. All the amenities make it difficult to leave this inn, including the exceptional breakfasts. (And if you can’t finish the homemade raspberry muffins, they’ll encourage you to pack it up to take on the road)
